    This incident has been resolved. Google Cloud services are now operational and Token Transit services are no longer impacted.

    We have confirmed that this service impact is caused by a Google outage as detailed here: https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/J5ia5t9p3g9Q5Wi7r8Ev

    We are continuing to monitor this outage and its impact on Token Transit. Users may continue to experience slow response or inability to complete an action in the Token Transit app and Agency Portal.

    The home page of the agency portal (agency.tokentransit.com) cannot be loaded.

    If you access the portal from your agency's direct url then you should be able to login: agency.tokentransit.com/YOUR_AGENCY_ID

    We are currently deploying a fix that will solve this problem. We expect the fix to be available in approximately 30 minutes.

    If you do not know your agency id, please reach out to operations@tokentransit.com and our support team can provide it.
