    The home page of the agency portal (agency.tokentransit.com) cannot be loaded.

    If you access the portal from your agency's direct url then you should be able to login: agency.tokentransit.com/YOUR_AGENCY_ID

    We are currently deploying a fix that will solve this problem. We expect the fix to be available in approximately 30 minutes.

    If you do not know your agency id, please reach out to operations@tokentransit.com and our support team can provide it.

    We have rebooted all affected validators that were responsive. If your validators are still not showing Visa and Mastercard logos, please reboot them.

    We have implemented a fix. Validators that are not able to accept cEMV payments may need to be rebooted - we're working on rebooting the affected validators manually.
